The two parts rover realization starts from the construction of the hulls. In the picture there is the project with the mesures I gave to the workshop togheter with a sheet of 2mm tick alluminum.

The alluminum is available in sheets 1m x 2 m or 1.5m x 2m sized. I've found a shop that also sells smaller parts cutting the sheet.
By cutting a 1.5m large sheet for 0.5m, I've enough material to realize all the parts for two hulls. The remaining alluminum was cut in 30mm large strips, usefull to realize supports and more.

The parts just arrived from the workshop after having been cut and folded. The project was designed to have very simple, easy realizable foldings.

After a lot of cutting, drilling and sanding, the hulls are ready
